1] The Applicant seek no objection from this Court for renewal of his Passport and direction to the Passport Authority to renew the same. 2] On hearing the learned counsel for the Applicant and perusal of the orders passed by this Court while releasing the Applicant on bail, I do not find that any restriction was imposed which would revolve around his Passport, nor he was asked to surrender his Passport. 3] In the aforesaid circumstances, no orders from this Court which are sought are not necessary.
