This petition takes an exception to the orders dated 06.09.2021 and 15.09.2021 passed by respondent No.2. By the order dated 06.09.2021, respondent No.2 has condoned the delay in fling Revision Application No.11 of 2021 which respondent No.4 has fled against the order dated 15.01.2019 passed by District Dy. Registrar (D.D.R.) Cooperative Societies, Ratnagiri. By order dated 15.09.2021, the respondent No.2 has stayed the order passed by D.D.R.

Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, submits that instead of examining the matter on merits, considering the facts and circumstances, the hearing of revision application be expedited.

Learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the revision application is now posted for hearing on 04.04.2022. He submits Dinesh S. Sherla 1/2

2/2 15-cwp-6679-21.doc that respondent No.2 is willing to decide the revision application on the very same day. It is however, submitted that for some unavoidable circumstances, if matter is required to be adjourned on that day, then in that eventuality, respondent No.2 be granted four weeks' time to decide the matter.

The respondent No.2 shall endeavour to decide Revision Application No. 11 of 2021, as early as possible and in any case, within four weeks' from 04.04.2022.

Needless to mention that the parties shall cooperate in disposing of the matter.

All contentions of parties are kept open.
