Mr. Shah tenders an affidavit of respondent no.1 stating that she has now stopped the restaurant business by name "Lalaz Mini Punjab" and that she has obtained registration under the Shops and Establishment Act for establishment of business of restaurant by name "Pune's Mini Punjab". Respondent no.1, however is yet to obtain various licenses for running the restaurant business. Therefore, Mr. Shah on instructions states that respondent no.1 will not carry on

Dusane 2/2 CAF3152.2014 business of restaurant from the premises until such time as all the requisite licenses required therefor are obtained by her in her own name.

In view of the statement made, no further orders need be passed on the Civil Application. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed off.
