Admittedly, an alternate remedy is available to the Petitioners. We are therefore not inclined to entertain the above Writ Petition. 2.

In view thereof, we pass the following Order : i.

Learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioners shall provide a list of all the documents required by the Petitioners to the learned AGP by 5.00 p.m. today.

ii.

Respondent No. 3 - The Circle Officer, Vadagaon Rasai, Tal. Shirur, Distirct Pune shall provide copies of the documents available with the Respondents to the learned Advocate appearing for the Petitioners by 07.10.2021.

The Petitioners shall within two weeks thereafter file an Appeal before the Appropriate Authority under Section 247 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 challenging the measurements, which Appeal shall be decided by the Appropriate Authority within a period of four weeks thereafter. The Appropriate Authority shall not grant adjournments unless absolutely necessary.

iv.

The interim order passed by this Court shall continue till filing of the Appeal before the Appropriate Authority and until the said Appeal filed by the Petitioners is decided.
