2/2 912 913 ABA 2228-22.doc Mira Road police station. They have been directed to report to the person who had issued the notice on 8/8/2022. The learned counsel Mr.Mundargi representing the applicants, state that they shall report to the Investigating Officer within a period of three days from today.

Upon their appearance, the Investigating Officer shall interrogate them and shall follow the procedure prescribed u/s.41A and record reasons, if at all he is satisfied that the arrest is necessary.

In such a contingency, he shall issue the notice intimating his decision 72 hours ahead of their arrest. With the aforesaid direction, applications are disposed off.
