This Interim Application is filed for seeking amendment in the cause title by bringing on record the new address of Respondent Nos.1-A, 1-B, 4 and 8.

This Second Appeal was dismissed for non-prosecution. Therefore, the Appellants preferred the Interim Application for restoration. However, as the service effected on Respondent Nos.1A, 1-B, 4 and 8 returned back with the remark "address not found", therefore, the Appellants have found new address of the unserved Respondents. Hence the present Interim Application. 3.

Heard. I have gone though the contents of the Interim Application. Case is made out to allow this Interim Application. The 1/2
