The application is filed for the relief of anticipatory bail in C.R.No.40 of 2017 registered with Fauzdar Chawdi Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 420, 423 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Both the sides are heard.

Learned counsel for the applicant invited attention of this Court to the document which can be called as assurance letter affirmed before the Notary Public by the complainant Mr.Prakash A. Pore. It is submitted that the dispute is settled amicably and even the persons who are disputing the title of Mr.Prakash Pore have executed the documents in favour of Mr. Prakash Pore. Copies of those documents are produced on record. This Court holds that on the basis of these documents, protection needs to be given to the present applicant. Application is allowed. Interim relief granted by this Court by an order dated 4th August 2017 is confirmed.
