The petitioner has alternative remedy to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal at Mumbai. The Writ Petition is therefore disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal. Needless to observe that the Central Administrative Tribunal will consider the Application of the petitioner keeping in view of the pendency of this Writ Petition. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
