2] By filing this contempt petition, the petitioner has alleged the non-compliance of the order dated 31st March 2015 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No. 5125 of 2014. Learned AGP appearing for respondent No.2 Education Officer made a statement that if respondent No.2 Education Officer has not complied with the said order of deciding the representation as directed in the order dated 31st March 2015, respondent No.2 Education Officer will decide the Dinesh Sherla 1/2

3] In view of the aforesaid statement being made by learned AGP appearing for respondent No.2, we dispose of this contempt petition. Let the directions contained in the order passed by this Court on 31st March 2015 be now complied with, within four weeks from today. Learned AGP undertakes to communicate this order to the concerned Eduction Officer.
