By the above Writ Petition, the Petitioner inter alia seeks the following reliefs:- "a.

That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order thereby directing the Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to forthwith carry out the fixation and demarcation of the boundaries of the land admeasuring 1 Hectare 20 Aar belonging to the Petitioner out of the land bearing Gat No. 1541 of Village Kasari, Taluka Shirur, District Pune and more specifically as per the Map prepared by the Land Surveyor pursuant to the Mojani Registration No. 365/2021;

b.

That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order thereby initiating an enquiry against the Erring Officer thereby not carrying out the fixation and demarcation of the boundaries pursuant to the notice issued by the Respondent No. 3 dated 6th July, 2021 and 20th July, 2021 and further submit an action taken report to this Hon'ble Court within four weeks from the date of the order passed by this Hon'ble Court."

Learned AGP appearing for the Respondents states that Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 will forthwith carry out the fixation and demarcation of the boundaries of the land admeasuring 1 Hectare 20 Aar belonging to the Petitioner out of the land bearing Gat No. 1541 of Village Kasari, Taluka Shirur, District Pune and more specifically as per the Map prepared by the Land Surveyor pursuant to the Mojani Registration No. 365/2021 within a period of two weeks from today. The statement is accepted. 3.

We direct Respondent No. 3 to carry out the above exercise on or before 21.10.2021 by following the procedure prescribed under the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966.

The Superintendent of Police, Pune Gramin shall provide adequate police protection to Respondent No. 3 and his staff members to carry out the aforesaid demarcation exercise.
