1] Learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that in pursuance of the statement recorded on 5th October 2017 and affidavit filed by the respondent No.2/original complainant, his client has executed the sale deed in favour of respondent No.2/original complainant pertaining to a piece or parcel of land i.e. plot bearing No.418 admeasuring about 310.73 sq.mtr. from Gat No.147/2/148/2/151 on 30.10.2017. 2] Learned APP on instructions from the Investigating Officer submitted that on 31.10.2017 the statement of the respondent No.2/original complainant was recorded wherein he has accepted the 1/2

3] In view thereof, interim relief granted on 5th October 2017 is confirmed.
