25-CAW-2688-15.doc for intervention. In connected Writ Petition No. 2746 of 2015 in Civil Application No. 1036 of 2015 by an order dated 9th December 2016, the Civil Application of the Applicant has been allowed.

In view of the above, notwithstanding the objection on behalf of the Petitioner, we allow the Civil Application. The Applicant is allowed to intervene and make submissions before the Court.

Copies of the Petition and the Affidavit in Reply be served upon the Applicant by the Petitioner.
