The applicants are seeking modification of the order dated 27 July 2023, whereby this Court had allowed the application filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure and quashed C.C. No.1136/PW/2022.

Learned Counsel for the applicants states that due to inadvertence in the prayer clause (a) of the said application, it was mentioned that the said crime was registered at Bhoiwada Police Station instead of R.A.K. Marg Police Station. He further states that Kanchan P Dhuri 1 / 2

11-IA-2727-2023.odt Case No.1136/PW/2022 was already committed to the 39th Sessions Court at Bombay and registered as Sessions Case No.285 of 2023. He states that due to inadvertence the said fact was not brought to the notice of the court. He, therefore, seeks leave to amend the prayer clause and incorporate Sessions Case No. 285 of 2023 so also to correct the name of the police station. 3.

By consent, the applicants are allowed to amend the prayer clause. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 4.

The order dated 17 July 2023 shall stand corrected to the above extent.

Interim application stands disposed of.
