After hearing learned counsel for the Applicant at length when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, learned counsel for the Applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present Application with liberty to file a fresh Application for bail before the trial Court, if the trial pertaining to C. R. No. 252 of 2016 dated 14.10.2016 registered with the Paud Police Station, Pune (Rural) now culminated into Sessions Case No. 182 of 2017 does not commence within a period of nine months from today.
