This is an application for condonation of delay of 476 days in preferring the appeal. The applicant was convicted by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mumbai in POCSO Special Case No.329 of 2018 for commission of offence punishable under sections 4, 6, 10 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. The impugned Judgment and order was passed on 29/01/2021.
