The learned Counsel for the Respondents submits that the total amount due to the Petitioner as per Respondents is Rs.6,70,290/- (i.e. Rs.18,74,564/- less deduction Rs.12,04,273.60 (Rs.11,60,750/- + Rs.43,523.60 being loss of pay) which will be paid within four weeks. He submits that the Petitioner will be paid within four weeks pension including arrears of pension from date of retirement. The Petitioner may receive the said amount without prejudice to his rights and contentions and also without prejudice to the rights and katkam 1/2
