CORAM : A.S.GADKARI, J.
DATED : 29th August, 2016 P.C.
1) The learned APP, on instructions, submitted that in pursuance of an Order dated 18th August, 2016 the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer on the stipulated dates and have joined the process of investigation. I have perused the papers of investigation. The reasons for granting interim relief are in detail mentioned in the order dated 18/8/2016. Prima facie I am of the opinion that the applicant has no role to play in the present crime and her further attendance to the police station and/or her custodial interrogation is not at all necessary. 2) In view of the above, the interim relief granted by an Order dated 18th August, 2016 is hereby confirmed.
3) The application is allowed in the aforesaid terms. (A.S. GADKARI, J.)
