The learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner has placed on record a copy of notification dated 24th April, 2015 issued by the Urban Development Department of the Government of Maharashtra. It is a notification under Sub-section (2) of Section 127 of the Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966 in respect of the property subject matter of this Petition. The notification shows that the reservation on the said property has lapsed. In view of the said notification, nothing survives in the Petition and the same is disposed of.
