Learned counsel appearing for Respondent - Scrutiny Committee makes a statement on instructions that the tribe certificate validation proposal of the Petitioners pending with the Scrutiny Committee will be decided within period of two months from today. It is informed that the vigilance cell inquiry is already

complete and appropriate decision can be taken during the time stipulated as above. In view of the statement made, the grievance raised by the Petitioners in the instant Contempt Petition as well as Writ Petitions stand redressed. The Contempt Petition as well as Writ Petitions are disposed of accordingly.

The Petitioners shall appear before the Scrutiny Committee on 20 August 2018 and as such no separate notice requiring their presence before the Committee shall be necessary. (V.M. Deshpande, J.) (R.
