The learned Counsel for the Respondent - Corporation states that an order is passed on 10 December 2022 and tenders the same in the Court. The Respondent - Corporation had directed that the Respondent Nos. 7 to 12 should remove the concerned structure within a period of 15 days otherwise same would be removed by the Corporation at the cost of these Respondents. 3.

Since the grievance of the Petitioner was that the Respondent - Corporation was not taking any steps as regards the unauthorized construction and now an order is passed, keeping contentions of all the parties open, we dispose of the Petition. 4.

In view of disposal of the Petition, the Interim Application does not survive and the same is disposed of. GAURI GODSE, J.
