This petition is for extension of Death parole. The petitioner's mother expired on 7/8/2015. The petitioner was released on death parole and he is supposed to surrender on 22/8/2015. Almost 15 days are elapsed from the date of death of his mother. All the religious rituals must have been over. We, therefore, do not see any reason to extend the parole. The petition is rejected.
