So far as proposed legal heir, i.e, legal heir No.2-2 is concerned, learned counsel states that service has been effected upon the said respondent through the process of the Court. 2] In view of the averments made in the civil application, same is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Necessary amendment to be carried out within a period of two weeks from today. Copy of the amended petition to be served upon the respondents.
