Since the main writ petition is filed in the year 2002 seeking to challenge the order dated 17th January 1998 passed by Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal in the revision application filed on 2nd March 1993, it would be appropriate to direct listing of the main Writ Petition No. 948 of 2002 before the appropriate Court so as to make appropriate order in the civil application as well. Accordingly the main Writ Petition No. 948 of 2002 is ordered to be listed for hearing on 24th August 2016 along with Civil Application No. 1323 of 2016.
