This application is for condonation of 153 days' delay in filing Review Petition.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and the averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order is passed:

a) Delay in filing Review Petition is condoned.

cao 250-17 b) Applicant to remove all office objections in Review Petition within two weeks from today, failing which Review Petition shall stand dismissed without referring back to the court.

c) If all office objections are removed within stipulated time as stated hereinabove, Registry is directed to place the matter on board for admission on 06.04.2018.
