In the present Writ Petition Petitioner is challenging the Mutation entry effected by the Authority in respect of the suit property. Both the counsel submit that they already filed Civil Suit for deciding a title of the parties. Petitioner filed Special Civil Suit No. 881 of 2011 before the Civil Judge, Senior

Prs 2 20 wp 8084-14-c Division, Nashik, whereas Respondent filed Special Civil Suit No. 333 of 2013 before Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nashik. Considering these facts, mutation entry required to be decided on the basis of outcome of the civil suits. Hence, Petition stands disposed of.
