The above Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction against the Respondent to forthwith take cognizance in respect of the complaint of the Petitioner made vide letter dated 8th March, 2017. 2.

The complaint made in the said letter arises out of the letter dated 16th February, 2017 issued by the Airports Authority of India addressed to the Petitioner, in which letter certain applications which are

2/2 14-wp.3123.2017.doc referred to in the said letter, are attributed as having made by the Petitioner. It is the case of the Petitioner that the Petitioner has not written any such letters to the Airports Authority of India, mention of which are found in the said letter dated 16th February 2017, of the Airports Authority of India. 3.

When we queried the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, as regards whether the Petitioner has replied to the said letter dated 16th February, 2017, the learned counsel for the Petitioner states that he has no instructions in that regard.

If that be so, we do not deem it appropriate to issue any direction as sought by the Petitioner in the above Petition, especially in the absence of any response of the Petitioner to the said letter dated 16th February, 2017.
