Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.

The impugned demand dated 29.07.2021 is set aside. The Collector, Thane / Competent Authority shall hear the parties and / or their Advocates on 21.02.2022 at 12 noon and after considering their oral as well as written submissions if any, pass his order within two weeks from the date of hearing. 3.

In the event of the order passed by the Collector, Thane / Competent Authority being against the Petitioners, no coercive action shall be taken against them for a period of two weeks from the date of service of the said order on the Petitioners and / or their Advocates. 4.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. 5.
