Civil Application No. 225 of 2016 not on board. At the request of the learned counsel for the applicant, matter is taken on board for orders. These applications are for fixing early date of hearing of Civil Revision Application no. 432 of 2009 & Civil Revision Application No. 433 of 2009 on the ground that applicant is senior citizen.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Applications, I am satisfied that the Sneha Chavan 1/2

Hence, the following order:

a) Hearing of Civil Revision Application Nos. 432 of 2009 & 433 of 2009, is expedited. b) Office is directed to place the matters on final hearing board as per their turn in senior citizen list.

c) Both Civil Applications stand disposed of accordingly.
