Heard learned counsel for the Applicant.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submit that the Applicant's Appeal was admitted by this Court and this Court had permitted the Applicant to file paper book within one year. But due to Covid pandemic Applicant could not file it within stipulated time. 3.

I have heard learned counsel for the Applicant and the Respondent Nos.1 and 2.

This Court by order dated 26 September 2019 had directed the Applicant to file private paper book within one year, as till N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

64-ia-19778-2022 in fa-1278-2019.doc September 2020 there was Covid period, hence, Applicant could not file it within stipulated time. The reasons given by the Applicant is genuine, hence, order passed by this Court dated 26 September 2019 is recalled.
