This application is preferred by Insurance Company for condonation of 46 days in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 23.4.2012 passed by Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and Judge, 4th Labour Court, at Mumbai in Application (WCA) No.532/C-152 of 2010.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied Mohite 1/2

a) Delay of 46 days in filing First Appeal is condoned.
