The applicant wife by this application seeks to withdraw the amount of maintenance which was deposited by the respondent, original petitioner. The parties in lieu of the consent terms dated 27th April, 2017 as filed before the Family Court at Pune have resolved the disputes, one of the condition being that amount of Rs.2,48,000/- which is deposited by the respondent husband in this court shall be permitted to be withdrawn by the applicant wife. Accordingly this application. Learned counsel for the respondent husband has no objection for the

kvm 2/2 904-CAW2171.17 applicant withdrawing this amount. The same is permitted to be withdrawn along with interest if any, accrued on the said amount. 2.

The Office is directed to release the said amount within one week of the applicant approaching the Office with the necessary application. Civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No costs. 3.

In view of the settlement of the disputes between the parties, nothing would survive in the writ petition. Writ petition is disposed of. No costs. (G.S.KULKARNI, J.)
