This is an application for intervention by the first informant in CR No.204/2017 dated 11.9.2017 registered with Ulhasnagar Police Station, Thane under Sections 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 read with 34 of the I.P.C. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

23-appp-923-18.doc implead the first informant as respondent No.2. The said amendment amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and an amended copy of the application be served upon the learned counsel for the first informant within the said stipulated period.
