Mr.Thorat, learned counsel for the petitioners tenders a copy of the order dated 1st December, 2020 passed by the Deputy Education Officer (Education), Pune and also the order dated 28th January, 2021 passed by the Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad and would submit that in view of these two orders, reliefs sought by his clients in prayer clauses B and C do not survive. Learned AGP does not dispute this position.

The respondents are accordingly directed to pass further orders in furtherance of these two orders in terms of prayer clauses D and E and to grant such payments within eight weeks from today. 1/2

The writ petition is disposed of in above terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
