After having heard learned Counsel for the respective parties, in our considered opinion, this petition can conveniently be disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh complaint to the Officer Incharge of the concerned Police Station. 2.
In the event, such complaint is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the concerned Officer Incharge shall look into the petitioner's grievance and take appropriate decision and Uday S. Jagtap
