Learned Counsel for the Applicants has pointed out from the records that under order dated 09/12/2022 and 16/12/2022 passed in Civil Application No. 64 of 2017, service of notice by pasting is already carried out and necessary paper publication is already done. In view thereof, nothing survives in the Interim Application No. 3913 of 2019. 3.

He further submits that Civil Application (ST) NO. 5542 OF 2019 is already disposed of under order dated 09/12/2022 and necessary akn 1/2

In view of above, all the above Interim/civil Applications are disposed of with direction that ad-interim order granted on 09/12/2022 in Civil Application No. 64 of 2017 is continued till the hearing and final disposal of the Revision Application.
