By an order dated 8 August, 2019, the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.46,00,000/- within two weeks from the date of the said order and it was made clear that in case, the petitioner does not deposit a sum of Rs.46,00,000/- within two weeks, ad-interim order shall stand vacated without further reference to the Court and the respondent was granted

Mr.Rohit Vaishya, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner has chosen not to comply with the direction given by this Court on 8 August, 2019. He submits that his client has already filed execution application before the executing Court.

Since none appears for the petitioner, writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.
