The appellant in both these appeals had challenged the order passed by the learned Magistrate issuing directions under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C.

Learned Advocate for the respondent submitted that impugned order has been given effect and pursuant to that First Information Report has been registered with the concerned Police Station on 3rd August 2022 for offence under Section 3 of Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors Act, 1999. by SAJAKALI LIYAKAT JAMADAR Date:

In these circumstances, this petition has become infructuous. The petitioner has liberty to challenge the FIR by resorting to appropriate remedy.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this appeal with liberty to challenge the FIR registered in compliance with the impugned order passed by the learned Magistrate.

These petitions are allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of with liberty to challenge the FIR before the appropriate Court. 6.
