The Court is informed that the Respondent No.5 - Shabana Hasan Mulla, Block Development Officer has expired. The Petitioner is permitted to delete Respondent No.5 from the array of parties. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner will be satisfied if he is permitted to file his Representation to the Respondent No.3 - the Divisional Commissioner, Konkan Division, Navi Mumbai in respect of the subject matter and appropriate directions are issued in that regard.

If such Representation is made by the Petitioner within a period of three weeks from today to the Respondent No.3, the same shall be decided by him within three months from the date of the receipt of the Representation.
