Mr. Killedar, the learned advocate for the petitioner states that by the order dtd. 3rd March, 2015, the respondent has withdrawn Complaint (ULP) No.8 of 2013, which was for recovery of dues. In view of withdrawal of the proceedings before the Labour Court, the present petition does not survive. The petition is therefore allowed to be withdrawn.
