Heard learned Counsel for the applicant.

This application is for fixing early date of hearing of Writ Petition No. 6481 of 2002 on the ground that applicant No.1A is senior citizen. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, the averments made in the Application and as applicant no.1A is senior citizen, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

a) Hearing of Writ Petition No. 6481 of Sneha Chavan 1/2

913 caw 846-16=.doc 2002 is expedited on the ground that applicant no.1A is senior citizen.

b) Office is directed to place the matter on weekly board for final hearing as per its turn in senior citizen list.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
