Petitioners in both matters as also complainants therein are present. Parties have tendered separate affidavits pointed out that dispute between them is amicably settled.

We find that parties are educated and representing responsible class of society. They are residing in some complex of a Co-operative Housing Society. Because of some trivial dispute in relation to

In this situation, though the learned APP is seeking time to verify facts, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a) in Writ Petition No.5296 of 2018 and prayer clause (c) in Writ Petition No.3735 of 2019.
