The Application is made on the ground that the Applicant has secured job at Cudappa in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

The Application is allowed. The Condition No.2 modified in respect of Applicant reporting to Manikpur Police Station, District Palghar once in 15 days. The Applicant shall report to the concerned police station once in three months on any Saturday or Sunday.
