DATE: 21 DECEMBER 2015 P.C. :- 1] Neither the petitioners nor their Advocate is present. 2] There is no necessity to entertain the present petition as the petitioners have an alternate remedy. This Court, in the case of Gurudassing Nawoosing Panjwani vs. The State of Maharashtra & Ors.1 has held that revision petition is maintainable before the State Government against any order made by the Additional Commissioner, Konkan Division, in exercise of revisional jurisdiction.

2] This petition is therefore not entertained, however liberty is granted to the petitioners to avail alternate remedy, as aforesaid. 3] All contentions of all parties are left open. 4] Writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to avail the alternate remedy.
