Applicants No.1 to 3, the Directors of Windal Auto Private Limited and Rajaram Pansare, authorized representative of Respondent No.1-Amber Forge Private Limited Company are present in the Court. They have tendered consent terms entered

into between them in all the aforesaid three applications. The said consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X', 'X-1' and 'X-2' for identification respectively, in all the applications. 3.

It appears that the parties have amicably settled the dispute and that the applicants have handed over a total sum of Rs.21,62,768/- to the respondent No.1-complainant and in lieu of the same, the respondent No.1 has agreed to voluntarily withdraw all the three complaints i.e S.C.C No.1486 of 2017, S.C.C No.2253 of 2017 and S.C.C No.2254 of 2017 pending before the Court of 4th Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Nashik. The Respondent No.1 also has no objection if this Court quashes all the aforesaid three complaints i.e S.C.C No.1486 of 2017, S.C.C No.2253 of 2017 and S.C.C No.2254 of 2017 pending before the Court of 4th Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Nashik.

Since the parties have settled the dispute and having regard to the consent terms entered into between the parties, the proceedings i.e S.C.C No.1486 of 2017, S.C.C No.2253 of 2017 and S.C.C No.2254 of 2017 pending in the Court of the 4th Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Nashik are quashed and set aside and the applicants are acquitted of the offences in the said cases.

The applicants to pay costs of Rs.35,000/- to the Society for the Rehabilitation of the Crippled Children (SRCC) Centre for Child Development, Mumbai. The said costs to be deposited within two weeks from today.

The Applications are accordingly disposed of. 7.

The matters to be listed on 16th January, 2020 for recording compliance of the deposit of costs. 8.

All concerned to act upon the authenticated copy of this order.
