At the out set the learned counsel for the applicants seeks leave to withdraw the present application on the ground that a composite application for accused Nos. 1 and 2 have been filed though roles ascribed to them in the present crime are different. He therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the application of the applicants with liberty to file separate bail application before this Court. . 2.

Leave and liberty granted.

It is made clear that the present application is not heard on merits and is withdrawn at the out set due to the aforesaid reasons.
