Heard learned counsel for parties.
Both the learned counsel submits that the matter is settled out of Court. They tendered the consent terms dated 23rd July, 2018 duly signed by the parties as well as advocates. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The same is accepted.
Both the learned counsel submits that the appellant and respondent No.1 are present in the court and their presence is recorded.

1.fca.226.2014.doc into witness box. They admit the contents of the consent terms as well as execution thereof. They also accept the undertakings given by them in the present consent terms.
Family Court Appeal No.226 of 2014 stands disposed of in terms of the consent terms. The consent terms to be treated as part and parcel of the decree. No order as to costs. In view of disposal of Family Court Appeal, nothing survives in the Civil Application and the same is dismissed as infructuous.
