This is an Application for condonation of delay of 16 days in filing the Appeal. The Insurance Company wishes to challenge to the Judgment and Award passed by the learned Additional Member, M.A.C.T., Pune dated 05.03.2016 in M.A.C.P.No. 718 of 2013. 2.
