No. 827/2021 registered with Dharavi Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 326, 324, 504, 323 of the Indian Penal Code. 2] Submissions of learned counsel for the applicant are, applicant is falsely implicated in view of earlier offence. 5.2402.21 ABA.doc applicant against the complainant on the very same day. 3] With the assistance of learned APP, I have perused case diary and investigation papers. The medico legal certifcate speaks of grievous life threatening injuries suffered by the victim and there are eye witnesses to the incident who have attributed a specifc active role to the applicant in the commission of crime. 4] Case of custodial interrogation could be inferred from the record.

5] As such, application fails, stands rejected.
