2] The prayer of the petitioner in this petition is in relation to furlough.

3] The grievance of the petitioner is that his application for furlough has not been decided.

4] Learned APP, on instructions, states that thereafter the application of the petitioner has been rejected by order dated 27th February 2018 by the DIG Prisons and being aggrieved thereby, the petitioner preferred an appeal which

skc 16-CRIWP-3126-17-JUDG. was dismissed by order dated 29th June 2018. In relation to these two orders dated 27th February 2018 and 29th June 2018, the petitioner has preferred a fresh writ petition no. 3535 of 2018.

5] In view of the fact that the application of the petitioner has been decided and in view of the fact that he has challenged the orders dated 27th February 2018 and 29th June 2018, this petition is infructuous and is disposed of as such. Rule is disposed of.

6] OfÏce to communicate this order to the petitioner who is in Nashik Road Central Prison.
