The learned counsel for the Applicant seeks permission to bring on record the legal heirs of Respondent No.3 namely Shri. Shamrao Wamanrao Jagtap. Mr. Patil, learned counsel appearing for Applicant/Petitioner states that Respondent No.3 died on 16th May 5th January 2024

22-ASIA-4580-2023.DOC 2022 and he learnt about his death when he received a letter dated 7th August 2022 from the learned counsel of the deceased Respondent No.3. There is no delay in making the present application.

Application is allowed.

Leave is granted to the Petitioner to carry out the necessary amendment by bringing on record all legal heirs of Respondent No.3 as detailed at Sr. No. 3(a) to 3(d) in the array of parties in the cause title of the application within three weeks from today. The Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the amended petition to all the Respondents within a period of one week thereafter. 4.

List the petition on 6th February 2024.
